Forensic Human Resources (FHR) provides research, litigation support, and expert reports/testimony in litigation matters requiring the calculation of economic damages (i.e., earnings capacity loss, wrongful death, earning capacity, and employment-related matters).
The FHR principals, R. Matthew Hanak, Donal Kirwan, and Jay Jarrell, have extensive experience in the staffing industry, human resources profession, litigation, and business management. We use that experience to provide a practical, experiential approach to the field of forensic economics.
We have testified numerous times in Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas, as well as in Ohio, West Virginia, and other states. We have also testified in multiple U.S. District Court jurisdictions.
